Guest accommodation

The 4 guest rooms, two of which are in the stable block, are in a condition that would enable immediate use.

The games room and bar, also in the stable block was used as a guest lounge. The conservatory and the dining room in the main house have been used for breakfast rooms seating six and four guests respectively.

Clientele

The location of the house means that a high proportion of accommodation business can be generated from the walking fraternity as well as visitors coming to the area for short breaks, visiting friends and relations, attending weddings, parties, meetings, events etc. The Monmouthshire County Showground is situated nearby.

Old Brewery House is full of original and interesting features. It has a rustic comfortable ambience with individual character décor in each guest room, making it popular with our guests as will be seen from extracts from our visitors’ book.

Home office

Currently comprises two rooms designed for a technology based business. Broadband internet connection is available within the village.
